About 2019 General Elections Prayer


We are passionate group of concerned people of GOD under the title 'CATHOLIC MY PRIDE', working towards changing the mind frame of the Nigerian people to believing the true GOD the Father, GOD the Son and GOD the Holy Spirit and seek for His Divine providence upon the land.
As 2 Chron. 7:14-15. states "If my people who bear my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my presence and turn from their wicked ways, then I will listen from heaven and forgive their sins and restore their country. Now for the future my eyes are open and my ears attentive to prayer offered in this place."

Our token effort is geared towards making the world a better place to live as one indivisible children of the Most High God.


This particular Blog is specifically created for the purpose of praying for the beloved people of Nigeria as the country go in for another round of elections to select leaders who will take them for a four year term.

We are concerned about having credible government in the country. Our prayer encompasses largely on Twenty One intentions segmented into 3 main categories:

1. Preparing one-self for the task of amending our lives and asking for God's mercy.

 2. Praying for the families, communities and institutions in Nigeria

 3. Praying for the Media group, the Electoral college, the Security Agencies, Political Aspirants, the Executive, the Legislators and the Judiciary.

The prayer shall be said for 21 days starting from the 26th day of January 2019 - the 15th day of February, 2019 (just a day to the Presidential elections) .

We encourage every citizen who share the same ideology with us to make it a responsibility to pray for Nigeria at this very point in time.
